Dr. David Jones, MD, stacked five medications on her, and the last one, RISPERDAL, made her go into a really terrible psychosis. She was deemed "incompetent to stand trial." Her diagnosis was "Psychosis NOS." So, 6 months after the incident, she was said to have a meltdown and committed this shooting. Rhonda is not guilty of shooting Joste ten times, nor while down. We have a new expert who has done over 7,000 autopsies, and she needs these color photos for this doctor. Had they told the truth about the evidence, she would have been acquitted. Won't you look at this case and help us move forward? We must retell her story, with the truth, as a battered woman with multiple injuries LINKS TO MED and permanent scars from abuse at the hands of Jimmy Joste. Self-defense is not a crime, only in Texas!

There were receipts for XXX movies and toys found in her child's room at Rhonda's home. Why was Joste in the child's room with these items? Disgusting! The cops just notated it and moved on. Why? Joste had similar sexual proclivities as Dr. Fielder, but Rhonda was not allowed to present anything negative about him.

Again, the case law says Rhonda should have been allowed to tell the entire story about their relationship and how twisted the drugs made Joste. Many celebrities have admitted what crack cocaine did to them. Even Mike Lindell from "My Pillow" has fully admitted his addiction to this pipe and detailed it all in a book he wrote.

There was hope for Joste, but he refused to go to Betty Ford, unlike Rhonda, who did so in 1999. This is why she had to leave him. She tried to get him help. Rhonda's mom pleaded with Kelley Joste and his banker, Mike Cook at UBS. No one wanted to be involved. This is why she said she had to get away from him permanently. He wanted her to relapse. He bought the drugs. He signed his Q45 car over to his dealer, and he made payments in small crack "cookies".

This drug is no respecter of persons. Marion Berry in Washington, DC, also had an addiction to Charlie Sheen, and then there was a high-profile laptop with photos. Those photos represent exactly what lifestyle Joste had going on behind closed doors. Rhonda was NOT part of any orgie or threesome. No photos exist of this. His ex started this lie, Rhonda Denise Rau Brown. She said Rhonda Lee got her title for Miss Texas USA as Miss River Oaks by participating in sex parties in River Oaks with wealthy men. Here is Rhonda Denise Rau Brown's photo with Jimmy around the time he left her for Rhonda Lee. He was handsome, intelligent, and funny. Drugs and alcohol aged him terribly.

Rhonda only knows three people in River Oaks. It was her grandfather who helped her secure the title. He worked for Scurlock Oil for 25 years and was a very close friend of Eddy Scurlock. He was the wealthiest man in the USA back then. Mr. Scurlock was the sweetest, most humble man I have ever known, involved in a stalking/Criminal Trespass Case, Case # 057758304. However, he failed to appear for his subpoena, and the judge ruled that he would not be allowed to testify about the stalking.

Joste attempted to gain entrance to Rhonda's apartment complex, located at 99 N. Post Oak Lane, Houston, Texas, which is adjacent to The Houstonian Hotel. He attempted 12 times in 3 days in April. This is definitely stalking her! Rhonda refused $500,000.00 in gifts. The engagement ring, valued at $350,000.00, was refused in April 2004, and Joste went into a frenzy. He vowed that if he could not be with her, no one would. Joste's bank is one-half block from Rhonda's apartment, where Joyce Imperato states she saw him.
