Achievements beyond the walls

Since her incarceration in 2007, Rhonda Lee has transformed challenges into opportunities for growth.

Her dedication to learning is evident through her numerous achievements.

She has earned multiple Braille certificates and a Life Coach certificate, demonstrating her commitment to self-improvement and future service.

A testament to talent and dedication

Rhonda's resume reflects a history of significant roles and contributions.

For 7 1/2 years, she served as a Braille Transcriber at the Billman Braille Facility and Mountain View Patrick O'Daniel Unit.

She also completed a Graphics Design Apprenticeship, dedicating 1,550 hours to mastering her craft.

Her skills extended to the Garment Factory at Hilltop Unit, where she worked as an Embroidery Machine Operator, creating graphics for TDCJ and outside customers.

Additionally, she was instrumental in the Flag Line, operating a double needle machine to produce Texas and American Flags that adorn government buildings and courtrooms.

Empowering others through coaching

Rhonda's positive impact extends to those around her. Having studied to become a life coach while incarcerated, she regularly applies her skills to help and guide others.

Her willingness to share her knowledge and support demonstrates her compassionate character and her desire to uplift her community, even from within prison walls.
