Jimmy tried to give Rhonda, (but she refused) over $500,000.00 in gifts in April of 2004, including a $350,000.00 engagement ring. John Thrash testified that it was returned to the jeweler. He testified that Rhonda refused to marry Jimmy. That Jimmy was on drugs, was showing her nine-year-old son drugs and XXX movies. 

Rhonda had confronted Joste with prison time for child sexual abuse. He said he would kill her first. CPS became involved after--- The CPS report was denied in the trial. Jimmy tried to choke Rhonda as many times before, in her own home. 

Rhonda bought the home on Mission Oaks and had no co-signer, securing the financing.
